Life’s Journey

My story starts with a short story before our truck story. Many years ago, I had a V8 Vega. On our way to a car show one night, we were in an accident, totaling our hot rod. My son was devastated. He was in the car with me that night. So, we fought with the insurance company, got what money we could, and sold off what was left of our car.

I guess about a year and a half or so, we started looking to replace our lost hot rod. One night, my son called me into his room to show me a picture of a truck. A Pro street S10. After some negotiation, we came to an agreement to purchase our new hot rod. On Mother’s Day 2008, we brought home our S10. Since owning it, we have restored it back to an original looking S10 Pro street hot rod.
