My name is Trevor McCall and this is the story on my truck. In 2013, I was in the market for a new truck and had been looking at several trucks and my buddy called me and told me about this one-owner F250 that had been traded in. Well, needless to say as soon as I test drove this truck, I fell in love with it immediately. I couldn’t be happier with it. This truck is an absolute work horse. Soon after buying the truck, I had a lady pull out and hit me damaging the right front hub and wheel. So I did a full F350 solid axle conversion with 1 ton high boy springs. In 2020, one of the valves dropped and took out the head and piston. After some searching, I found a 7.3 with 132,000 miles. After stripping the block and replacing all the seals and gaskets and new oil pan, I then purchased new stage 2 heads from Choate Engineering out of Tennessee. Rebuilt my turbo with KC turbo 30% upgrade. Injectors are from full force diesel with a 30% increase over stock. Then I did the full driven diesel electric fuel system and fuel bowl delete from Full Force Diesel with the hydra performance module. Finished off with open 5” exhaust with a 4” down pipe from turbo. My last project on this truck is to restore the interior. This powerstroke is an absolute beast and hope to hand it down to my son someday. This has been a fun truck to drive and build.
