1990 Chevy Silverado K1500 – Lane M.

This 1990 Chevrolet Silverado has been in my family for as long as I can remember. My grandpa Donnie bought this truck to match his fishing boat. He loved fishing, and put over 215K Miles on the odometer in good old trips to the beach. Donnie then sadly passed away in 1998, which the truck was then passed to his wife Gwen, my grandma. She kept it running and put a new engine in it since it had a thermostat issue. Fast forward to 2021, my grandma passed it along to me to restore in Donnie’s memory. Me and my dad Chris have done a lot to get this truck to where it is now. From a new metallic blue paint job with the 2 tone silver, to new wheels, tires, and another rebuilt engine. This truck has won a trophy for every car show I have brought it to so far. I am proud to keep this truck in the family and hopefully keep it running for many more miles to come.
