1991 Chevy Silverado K1500 – Chris K.

This truck was my brothers baby, his house burnt and it messed up the paint job so he rattle canned it flat black and put a body lift on it, made it into a mud truck. He traded it to his brother-in-law and a few weeks after my brother passed in a car accident, I purchased the truck then slowly restored it, body off. I swapped the 10 bolt rear to a 14 bolt, then took out the old tired 350 and swapped it over eventually to a 6.0LQ9 with a small cam, and nv4500. The truck now runs and drives great, cruise control and ac works great. This truck was heading towards a junk yard, the day I found it, it was getting ready to be entered into a mud run, photo of it muddy is the day I bought it. Lmc has been a big help from the start, from the body bushings, to the grille, and hardware, front and rear bumps, fenders, they are the go to place when fixing up an OBS Chevy truck, thank you guys for everything.
