I bought a 93 Bronco off of my father about 8 years ago, all original. Since then I ditched the bucket seats for a bench seat, swapped the auto hubs for manual hubs, had some luggy tires installed. Also grafted a heavy duty bumper off a 1954 dump truck, a brush guard, and an air tank. It was my baby…

One fine Sunday afternoon, suns out, little traffic, running errands when….. bleach blonde in the center lane tries a right turn as I’m almost even with her in the right lane… corner lights, bezel, toast. Fender, dented. What saved the front end from complete loss was the heavy duty bumper.
