1997 Chevy K1500 – Jennifer B.

When I was a kid, I had it in my head I wanted a ’97 ext cab short bed GMC. When I was 21, that childhood dream finally became a reality. Magoo had 96000 miles when I bought him and now almost 17 years later, he’s pushing 300. Not only is he the single childhood dream that has come true, him and I have been through everything together. He drove me and my now husband to our first date and drove both my children home for the first time. I grew up essentially in the cab of this truck and I tell everyone he’s gonna be my coffin cause I’ll never rest easy if someone else was driving him. This was the best 3 grand I’ve ever spent and my dream is to one day have him show floor new again.
